This Privacy Policy explains how In Rhythm ("we," "us," "our"), a text messaging service operated by Competitive Edge Business Solutions and led by Dr. Terry Daniels, collects, uses, and protects information from people who sign up to receive text messages through our website.

Information we collect

When you sign up for In Rhythm, we collect:

Your name
Your mobile phone number
Your email address (optional)
Your chosen message frequency (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly)
Your chosen content preference (leadership, spiritual, or both) and preferred language
If you subscribe as a paying customer, payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor - we do not receive or store your full card details

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

Send you the text messages you've signed up to receive, at the frequency and content type you selected
Confirm your signup and, if applicable, confirm your payment
Respond to you if you reply to a message or contact us directly
Maintain the records required to demonstrate your consent to receive text messages, as required by law

SMS consent and mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself (for example, through our messaging platform, Twilio) or as required by law.

Text message terms

By submitting the signup form, you consent to receive recurring text messages from In Rhythm at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the cadence you select. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly using the information below.

Third-party service providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate In Rhythm:

Twilio - delivers our text messages. Twilio's own privacy policy governs how it handles message delivery data.
Stripe - processes payments for paid subscriptions. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment information.

Data retention

We retain your subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain compliance and consent records. You may request that your information be deleted at any time by contacting us.

Children's privacy

In Rhythm is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us directly. You can also ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes.
