These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of In Rhythm, a text messaging service operated by Competitive Edge Business Solutions and led by Dr. Terry Daniels ("we," "us," "our"). By signing up for In Rhythm, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Description of the service

In Rhythm sends periodic text messages to subscribers who opt in through our website. You choose your message frequency (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and your content preference (leadership coaching, spiritual/faith-based content, or both) at signup, and can change either at any time by contacting us. Messages are original content written or curated by Dr. Terry Daniels, drawn from his coaching practice and published work.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, to subscribe to In Rhythm.

Subscription and billing

In Rhythm is a paid monthly subscription billed at $7.99/month, unless you qualify for free access as a current or recent coaching client of Dr. Daniels, or you've been given a comp/client access code.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time; canceling stops future billing but does not refund amounts already charged for the current billing period.
Client access (free access for current coaching clients) is time-limited and tied to your coaching engagement, as described in our records. Access reverts to a paid subscription after the free period ends, unless you cancel first.

Text message consent

By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from In Rhythm at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your chosen cadence. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Nature of the content

In Rhythm's messages are intended to be informational, motivational, and inspirational. They are not a substitute for professional coaching, therapy, medical, legal, financial, or pastoral counseling tailored to your individual circumstances. If you are experiencing a personal crisis or need individualized professional guidance, please seek out a qualified professional directly.

Client access codes

Client access codes are intended solely for current or recent coaching clients of Dr. Daniels. Using a client access code without authorization, or sharing a code with someone who isn't an authorized client, may result in your access being revoked and your subscription converted to a standard paid subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use In Rhythm for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue In Rhythm, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

In Rhythm is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Terry Daniels and In Rhythm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
